Remote Desktop Sharing service has been launched in our web portal. The service may be useful in case of technical problems, e.g. problems with system or browser configuration which make launching SidomaOnLine impossible. Thanks to this service ING Securities employee can directly modify the settings on the Client’s computer via the Internet and therefore, eliminate the problem.
- 1. How to use the service?
In case of any of the above-mentioned problems, please contact helpdesk on 0 801 304 300 or +48 32 357 00 78.
- Once the problem has been described on the phone, the employee will send you an invitation to attend the chat. You will see the window below in your browser.

- Once the invitation has been accepted, a log on screen will appear. Please type in your name and click the Login button.

- Once you have been logged on to the chat, a Desktop Sharing request will be sent. Please click on the word "tutaj" to accept it.

- Once the request has been accepted, a Desktop Sharing screen will pop up. Please, click on “Udostępniam pulpit” (Desktop sharing). The Remote Desktop Sharing application (121 KB) will be downloaded and launched.
- Once the problem has been described on the phone, the employee will send you an invitation to attend the chat. You will see the window below in your browser.
- Security
Communication with the operator is established with the use of HTTPS encrypted connection which prevents from data interception and its modification. The software producer guarantees a very high level of transmission security.
